Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. The project consists of a new single-story Type IIB Construction E Occupancy building. Primarily CMU wall construction with metal roof joists. Building acts as a connection between two existing school buildings and will have offices and classrooms. The project also includes remodel of some existing instructional rooms, locker rooms and kitchen, and other related Work indicated in the Drawings and Specifications.
