IHYC Rooftop Garden

Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,000 square foot three-story above grad multi-residential development. The project includes a complete structural improvement to the steel structure/building, new roofing, extension of three stairwells up to new rooftop garden. This is an exciting project as we are truly helping the lives of young individuals within our community, the youth will have an outlet to learn & grow produce that will be sold locally to help fund the assistance necessary to teach our youth tools to succeed throughout their adulthood.

Witmer Park

Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground, park and athletic field. The improvement includes earthwork, subdrain, water service installation, 500 square foot restroom, concrete foundations, flatwork, masonry walls, steel canopy structure, mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems, seeding & landscaping. This project is set to deliver Spring of 2022.

Colo-Nesco CSD Renovation

Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. The project consists of a new single-story Type IIB Construction E Occupancy building. Primarily CMU wall construction with metal roof joists. Building acts as a connection between two existing school buildings and will have offices and classrooms. The project also includes remodel of some existing instructional rooms, locker rooms and kitchen, and other related Work indicated in the Drawings and Specifications.

Colfax Mingo JR/SR Athletic Improvements

Construction of a new synthetic turf football field with support facilities. Also includes a new 40,000 ft athletics addition with grand entry, gymnasium, and state of the art weight lifting facitily.

Oskaloosa Early Childhood Education and Recreation Center

New 88,000 square ft mixed use project. 25,000 square ft is a pre-k single story school and 63,000 square ft is a 2 story high end YMCA. The project includes two indoor swimming pools, large gym, racquetball courts, high end finishes, and 20 acre site development package

Keystone on 8th

Mixed-use private sector development in WDM, IA. 83-unit multi-residential development with 12,000 square feet of retail space. Four-story building that will be first of two phases.

Lynnville-Sully School District Renovations

Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility. A multi-purpose room/gym addition of approximately 10,700 SF, a new concessions and restroom building at the football and track athletic complex, HVAC and controls upgrades at the K-8 and High School buildings and secure entry improvements at the K-8 entrance.

Myrtue Medical Center

Central utilities plant renovation includes modifications to existing site utilities, construction of exterior chiller, propane, electrical infrastructure, various piping installation, demo throughout hospital.

Merle Hay Mall (Site Phase)

SE Polk Stadium

Construction of new athletic stadium, educational facility, underground sidewalk tunnel. Electrical, demo, site utilities, site paving.

Clarinda Regional Health Renovations and Additions

Project includes concrete foundation, slab on grade, building pad prep, wood framing, vinyl siding, thermal insulation, roofing, architectural sheet metal, storefront entrance, glazing, interior finishes, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and communication systems.

Sugar Creek Elementary

Sugar Creek Elementary will be the district’s tenth elementary school, located in the southwest area of our district, north of Ashworth Road and southwest of the Sugar Creek Golf Course. Construction is expected to begin in the spring of 2020, with an anticipated building opening fall 2022.
