Urbandale Fitness Center
Project consists of the construction of a Fitness Center Addition, located on the west side of the existing high school gymnasium building. The new construction consists of a one-story building including a fitness room, weight room, changing rooms, concessions with support and storage areas. The new construction is approximately 18,000 square feet. In addition to the new construction, selective interior renovation will occur in the gymnasium lobby area between the north and south gymnasiums. The work includes all General, Mechanical, and Electrical Work.
