IHYC Rooftop Garden

Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,000 square foot three-story above grad multi-residential development. The project includes a complete structural improvement to the steel structure/building, new roofing, extension of three stairwells up to new rooftop garden. This is an exciting project as we are truly helping the lives of young individuals within our community, the youth will have an outlet to learn & grow produce that will be sold locally to help fund the assistance necessary to teach our youth tools to succeed throughout their adulthood.
