Cordova Park

Completed plans call for the construction of a playground/park/athletic field; and for site work for a playground/park/athletic field. Excavation of existing site grading, slab, foundation, and utility trenches. New Construction includes but not limited to: Concrete footings and slabs, masonry, formed concrete siding, structural steel, wood and timber framing, windows, doors, gypsum board finishing, painting, wall base, carpet, LVT, sealed concrete, ACT, wood plank ceiling. New mechanical heat pump furnace and split system, plumbing and electrical systems to accommodate new construction. A new Fire Alarm System shall be provided throughout the entire building, as shown on drawings and specifications.
