Company Updates For 2021
- We are excited to share that Graphite Construction Group is currently building a new, 9,000-square-foot office at 1955 NE 58th Avenue, Des Moines, IA. Separate from our new office, this location will also have 18,000-square-footage available for lease through Expedition Development Services (515-720-3862)
- We started this year with 24 employees; at the time of this update, we’re at 42. These new additions encompass various roles, including superintendents of job sites, carpenters, project managers and project coordinators.
- Our bonding capacity has grown from $60M to $150M within the fiscal year of 2020, allowing Graphite to strive for a stronger tomorrow, while partnering on more projects in the Greater Des Moines communities.
- This year our team has been fortunate to grow Graphite’s business network, empowering Graphite to partner with several new private-sector clients.
