Construction Superintendent

Duties Include:

• Coordinate and manage on site operations for projects of varying size from $200,000 to $30,000,000
• Lead a project team to create safe and productive construction projects
• Implement and ensure quality control. Including full compliance with plans, specifications and contract documents
• Create, process, and review RFIs and ASIs
• Review project shop drawings and submittals
• Maintain project budgets
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with architects, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Create and manage project schedules, including material procurement
• Review, comprehend, and interpret plans and specifications
• Facilitate project meetings with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
• Complete project closeout including punch-lists and warranties

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years’ experience in commercial construction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem solve with solid judgment, critical thinking
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including MS Project
• Proficient with computers, tablets and smart phones, including typing skills
• Willingness work necessary hours to ensure all project needs are being met
