Completed plans call for the construction of a laboratory facility; for site work for a laboratory facility; office development; office development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; 4,400-square-foot water / sewer project; and water / sewer project. Furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of the WWTP Laboratory and Administration Building. This consists of site paving and utilities improvements; 4,400 SF building inclusive of garage space, office space, kitchen, and restroom facilities; building electrical, plumbing, and HVAC; and all other work as required by the contract documents.
