Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,860-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a water / sewer project.Building Interior buildout of post framed wood building bid out in Phase 1 project and already under construc-tion. Scope in Phase 2 shall include all items inside the building including full mechanical and plumbing systems (above ground and underground) to connect into existing site utilities ran to the area, and other Work indicated in the drawings and specifications.
