Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Malvern, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a 13,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and 5,000-square-foot office development. The proposed - Western Iowa Networks (WIN) Office Area and Storage Facility approximately 18,000 square feet in size will be located northeast of the intersection of Janke Avenue and 315th Street on the north side of Malvern in Mills County, Iowa. a. The Storage Facility will consist of a 13,000 square foot insulated precast concrete wall panels that will be sub-divided into a storage cage, large shop, and wash bay with unit masonry dividing wall. The structure will be sloped steel joists with EPDM roofing and scupper/ downspouts for storm water collection. b. The Office Area will consist of a 5,000 square foot cold-formed metal framed walls, continuous insulation system and formed metal wall panels. The structure will be steel framed, sloped steel joists with EPDM roofing and scupper/ downspouts for storm water collection. All required site, framing, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, paging system, and audio/ visual systems shall be included under this contract.
