Waukee City Building

Demolition, site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Waukee, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 2,700-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Demolition of an existing city building located at 410 6th St. Waukee, IA that is approximately 1,775 square feet as well as the demolition of two outbuildings with the approximate square footage of 120 SF and 100 SF. A new community center will be built in the same location and within a similar footprint to the old building. The new community center is currently shown to be approximately 2,700 gross square feet and is one story.
