Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway. Site clearing and selective demolition of existing light poles and underground utilities; preservation of select existing items; earthwork; site utilities; concrete paving (and associated activities); landscaping; and site signage.
Work to commence on or about May 20, 2024, and be substantially complete on or before August 16, 2024. Final Acceptance of the Project shall be on or before August 23, 2024.
