State Center Fire Department Renovation & Addition

Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in State Center, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. The work includes renovation of the existing fire station and construction of a new addition. Tasks will involve site improvements, new utility connections, and removal and replacement of paving. The renovation will update the interior and exterior of the existing building to convert it into administrative and training spaces. The new addition will provide a fire apparatus garage and a connector linking it to the existing structure.
