Painted Woods West Park

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Waukee, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project. The Painted Woods West Park improvements include: Construction of a premanufactured kit-built restroom building, including but not limited to: full restroom, mechanical room, electrical, water, and sanitary connections, final electrical and plumbing trim out, and all associated finish work (sealing, caulking, signage, doors/hardware,
amenities, etc)
