Renovation of a municipal facility in Newton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility. The general scope of work includes the renovation of the former Animal Control facility into a new Training Center. Program spaces include two storage rooms, a utility room, an entry vestibule, and additional storage. The project also involves providing two new private restrooms. Exterior work will include removal and/or replacement of doors and windows as required, along with the installation of spray foam insulation at all exterior walls and roof structure.
