Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Newton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.Construction of a wood-framed storage and maintenance facility and greenhouse. The scope includes but is not limited to:
1. Site preparation, paving and gravel parking
2. Construction of pre-engineered wood framed pole building.
3. Electrical (Power and Lighting)
4. Mechanical (Plumbing and HVAC)
The Project site will be available to commence work starting on Feb 9, 2026. The project shall be substantially complete by October 30, 2026 with final completion on or before November 27,
2026.
