Completed plans call for the construction of a day care center; and for site work for a day care center. The Project consists of a new building/structure for childcare. This work shall include footings, foundations, masonry, sitework, steel, wood framing, roofing, drywall, metal, electrical and lighting, plumbing, mechanical, painting, flooring, wall protection, doors, and frames, fire stopping materials, and construction specialties per the specifications & construction documents.
