Elementary School and Athletic Fields

Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Corning, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.The Project consists of additions and renovations to the entire Elementary School, renovations to the softball and baseball fields, and prep work for new Playground Facilities. Work includes but not limited to building demolition, site utilities, cast-in place concrete, pre-cast panels, metal siding, new membrane roofing, geothermal additions, casework, aluminum storefronts, lockers, bleachers, ballfield netting, fencing, and gymnasium accessories.
