Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and pre-engineered storage facility. Construct a new fire station consisting of an insulated pre-engineered metal building with vertical metal siding and brick veneer on the south, exterior sitework, and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup. The south half of the building includes 5 apparatus bays with liner panels on the walls and ceiling. The north half of the building includes a training room, kitchen, 2 offices, 2 single user restrooms, storage, mechanical room, and a decontamination room with washer, dryer and shower with stud walls with gyp board finish. The hose tower is 10 feet wide, 10 feet deep, and 30 feet tall.
