1. HVAC retrofit for the elementary and middle school consisting of individual heat pumps for classrooms and offices, dedicated outside air units, and geothermal loop fields.
2. Replacement of exterior doors and windows.
3. Renovations in Media Center, including removal of concrete stair and guardrail, and infill of depressed floor.
4. Renovations of existing spaces to provide Discovery Classrooms, single user restrooms, and other support spaces.
5. Site grading, paving, and dock modifications.
