Crossroads Development Phase 2

Expedition Development, the owner, is seeking scopes and budget estimates for Crossroads Development Phase 2. Expedition constructed the Crossroads Development Phase 1 in 2022; the project included three pre-engineered metal buildings and site improvements. The initial construction project and design allowed for future development, including two 10,150 sq ft pre-engineered metal buildings and site improvements. Expedition is currently finalizing the design and financing for Phase 2. The new buildings will be constructed using the same methods as the existing buildings, and as a result, Expedition is requesting estimates based on the drawings from Phase 1. At the same time, it completes the design and finalizes its financing.

The budget documents have various markups from the original project to better align the budget with the completed Phase 1 buildings. If a contractor would like to view the existing building, a tour can be arranged.

The project is slated for a late fall start and has a one-year construction schedule.

The project includes an alternate to building out the interiors of buildings 4 and 5. This will be an ADD alternate

Expedition has selected a general contractor, Graphite Construction Group, to assist in completing the project. Graphite/Expedition is requesting bids by 2:00 pm on 9/26/25. All inquiries should be sent to cmartin@graphitegrp.com.
