Renovation of an educational facility in Ankeny, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility. Project consists of the combined construction of all work included in the Construction Documents, including but not limited to removal and replacement of existing mechanical equipment, removal and replacement of existing light fixtures with new LED fixtures, and all associated architectural modifications necessary to support the equipment improvements.
