Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Johnston, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a military facility; for the demolition of a military facility; for the renovation of a military facility; for site work for a military facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. The addition of two maintenance bays and a storage area to the west end of an existing maintenance building. Site work includes regrading, exterior concrete stoops, crushed rock surfacing, site sanitary, and site lighting. Structural/architectural work includes concrete foundations, slab-on-grade concrete, insulated precast wall panels, metal bar joist/metal decking roofing structure, rigid insulation / single ply membrane roofing, hollow metal doors and frames, sectional doors, translucent panel windows, epoxy flooring, painting, and signage. Mechanical/plumbing work includes oil-water separator, water lines, extend compressed air and grease lines from existing building, under slab radiant heating with boiler, MAU with ductwork, vehicle exhaust system, and exhaust fans.
