Audubon Fire Station

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Audubon, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,000-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility. The proposed fire station will be located at 207 Market Street in Audubon, Iowa, and will consist of a 16,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building. The building is to be sub-divided into a meeting room, kitchen, laundry room, mechanical room, tool room, offices, restrooms, locker rooms, storage mezzanine, and an apparatus bay. Interior wood framing will be used to sub-divide the spaces and create the mezzanine. The exterior façade will consist of pre-finished metal wall panels and a pre-finished standing seam roof. All required site, framing, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression systems are to be included under this contract.
