Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility. The bids are for a single Prime Contract for construction of a 40'x72' metal building with mezzanine. The building will be built on sanitary district property at the sewage lagoon site. It will consist of an office, restroom, breakroom, parts storage, workshop and equipment storage.
