Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Eldora, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project. The South Hardin CSD is planning the construction of a precast gymnasium addition with restrooms at the Eldora New Providence Elementary School. The project will also consist of renovation to the existing ENP Elementary including updates to finishes, installation of fire suppression system and upgrades to the fire alarm. Along with the addition and renovation, the project will include a new parking lot and updates to underground utilities.
