Maple Willow Larch Commons-Seasons Market Place-Venues

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and educational facility. This phased project will update the front-of-house food service venues, circulation areas, and main entrance of the Seasons Marketplace at Maple Willow Larch Commons. Renovations include updating food service venue lines, food service equipment, and dining spaces. Work also includes associated modifications to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and communications systems to accommodate food service venue upgrades.
