Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and 60,000-square-foot educational facility. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Construction of a new elementary school consisting of a single-story building including classroom spaces, vocational rooms, conference rooms, offices, kitchen/commons, gymnasium (alternate) and support spaces. The new construction is approximately 60,000 square feet.
