Completed plans call for the addition of a 3,400-square-foot transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project. The work generally consists of selective building and slab-on-grade demolition, building footings and slab-on-grade, a 3,400 square foot pre-engineered metal building addition, mechanical and plumbing construction, building and site electrical, subgrade and granular subbase preparation, PCC pavement, site utilities (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and subdrain), security fencing, and traffic control.
